This wine has a pleasing bouquet with hints of cherry, black currants, and damp forest floor. It is soft and tender on the palate. The superior fruit-acid balance makes it an excellent accompaniment for any food. This wine was awarded a 2016 San Francisco Chronicle Silver Medal.
We picked from September 7-9 at 24.4 degrees Brix, 0.8 total acidity, and 3.3 pH. The wine rested for nearly two years in 60 gallon Francois Freres oak barrels. There are only 488 cases.

We are delighted to present the 2013 Estate Swan Clon, Pinot Noir. It is extraordinarily delicious. The bouquet is wonderfully complex with notes of blackberries, violets, and damp leaves. The balance of fruit and smooth acidity make it an excellent partner for most any cuisine. The soft tannins produce a luscious mouth feel.
