own or with food. It has a bouquet of cherry, pomegranate, and the subtle earthiness familiar in McHenry wines. This wine was awarded a
2018 San Francisco Chronicle Gold Medal, and a 2018 LA County Fair Silver Medal.

We picked from August 27-30 at 24.3 degrees Brix, 0.9 total acidity, and 3.2 pH. The wine rested for nearly two years in 60 gallon
Francois Freres oak barrels. There are only 260 cases.
This small batch vintage is soft and well balanced. It is a superb accompaniment to almost any dish. It conjures cherry, dark fruit,
and a touch of vanilla. The lingering finish makes this wine a joy to drink.
